Time sight is a branding project for a fictional company that provides augmented reality time travel technology services. Created for the Cal Arts Certificate in Graphic Design Capstone project, it included a full branding system including color palette, typeface, logotype, brand mark, and various applications of the system.
Out Of Home Digital Marquee
When the poster appears in digital format, such as this digital out of home display, the hands on the clock will function telling the actual time. Headline will be dynamic based on the time of day. It will read: “It’s 5:05 PM. What time will you see next? The images in the lenses will display looping vintage video footage of well-known historical scenes.
Packaging
Timesight goggles will be shipped in a simple premium cardboard box with a textured overlay of the poster design. The lable printed on the top will display the logo and tagline in a clean, simple fashion.
T-Shirt Design
The glasses illustration will wrap around the t-shrit, the front of the shirt will display the clock side of the glasses and the back will have the logotype and the tagline “Peer Into the Past.”
Secret Ingredient
The top circle of the custom mark will be an actual clock. The hands will move to display the current time whenever it occurs in interactive space.
